I have always felt a strong need to get my hands dirty and create. I am truly energized when surrounded by paint and brushes. I earned a degree in Graphic Design at Auburn University and have been following my passion for design and art ever since. Painting has been like a journal to me, capturing the emotions of people and places that have influenced me through sketches and layers of rich color. I grew up on a local Franklin, TN farm and love the old barns that make up both our history and southern landscape. As a Nashville native I have been inspired by the city's music, musicians, and instruments.
