This was painted as a wedding gift for a young couple. The collage represents their relationship, which includes a map of California, where they had shared a memorable trip. The barn, being the main focal point, is a representation of one of the couples childhood; the roots of where they came from, which is a grounding element to remember as we move forward in life and build meaningful relationships.
